ANAM Concerto Competition Final (Melbourne)

The ANAM Concerto Competition is an essential part of the performance training. It helps the musicians gain valuable experience and a deeper understanding of what it takes to perform solo with an orchestra. The competition starts in Semester One, where interested musicians record a 20-minute excerpt of a concerto or significant solo work of their choice. These recordings are then reviewed by an expert panel, who selected 12 musicians to move onto the second round.

Three finalists will proceed into the third and final round, performing in Hobart with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra on 8 October 2025. To celebrate their achievements, please join us for a special Melbourne performance with their Associate Faculty.

Congratulations to the 2025 ANAM Concerto Competition Finalists!
