To provide information about how ANAM stores and manages personal information.
Scope
This policy provides guidance to situations where customers, subscribers/members, supporters, business partners and other individuals with whom we engage may supply us with private information.
Applies to
ANAM administration staff, including box office/ticketing contractors.
ANAM responsible people
- Manager, People and Culture: Policy formulation and drafting; consulting with ANAM’s leadership team. Acts in the capacity of Privacy Officer.
- Marketing and Communications Manager, and Deputy General Manager: Ensure implementation of the policy, including publication on the ANAM website, and ensuring work practices are aligned with respect to ANAM’s marketing and fundraising endeavours.
- ANAM managers: Provide feedback on policy drafts.
- All staff, including ANAM box office/ticketing; marketing and development staff: Work practices to support provisions of this policy.

ANAM does not collect sensitive personal information, about your health, ethnicity, political views, memberships or affiliations, sexual orientation or criminal record.

We collect this information through our website, events, ticketing systems, forms or directly from you when you interact with us. Where appropriate, we may collect information from third parties, such as service providers, event partners and marketing collaborators.
