Karina Filipi (ANAM Faculty, Tuba) has built an outstanding international career, with her studies taking her from the Elder and Sydney Conservatoriums to the Zürcher Hochschule der Künste in Switzerland. Alongside her performances with prestigious orchestras, Karina is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of musicians.

This program proudly features works by ANAM brass alumni Louisa Trewartha and Josh Rogan, as well as arrangements of classical favourites such as Piazzolla’s Suite from María de Buenos Aires and Borodin’s Polovtsian Dances.
