ANAM Recitals are an opportunity for musicians to make their own personal musical statement, through performance, repertoire and presentation.
This program looks to explore a variety of different percussion instruments and present a unique palate of timbral textures. Joined by a variety of colleagues, Vivante will contrast the powerful and energetic style of playing that percussion is known for with blossoming and beautiful melodies. From timpani to springs, planks of wood to vibraphone, and classics to world premieres, be sure to expect the unexpected.
