A flagship initiative of the Naomi Milgrom Foundation, MPavilion is Australia’s leading architecture commission. Season 11 presents a transformative four-month free program of art, design, and music that reimagines Tadao Ando’s MPavilion. As part of a five-month festival of free events, Australia’s emerging classical music leaders — the ANAM musicians — will perform selections from Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte (The Magic Flute) for flute and clarinet, alongside Beethoven’s String Quintet in A Major, op. 47b, adapted from his Violin Sonata No. 9 Kreutzer.
