What are you listening to right now?
Grade five school zooms. I am learning Greek, equivalent fractions, Australian Government, and how to do a triple jump.

What’s your current go-to recipe?
Flathead sandwich. Panfry flathead, bung it in a roll with some lettuce and mayo and it’s the most incredible thing on earth.

What are you watching right now?
I recently started The Reporter on ABC iView. Loving it so far, in particular the sound of the Datsun that one of the leads drives. It goes EEEEEEE as it goes along, and pfh pfh pfh when it stops.

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
Reading an actual book with actual paper, and not looking at a screen. That’s my favourite.

What are you listening to right now?
My partner has been playing a lot of Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra on Apple Music ever since he discovered them during the recent Olympics closing ceremony.

What’s your current go-to recipe?
A one-pan egg toast recipe inspired by, apparently, a viral TikTok video. My current go-to is the strawberry jam and cheese filling...  

What are you watching right now?
I just finished the docuseries on Netflix The Last Dance, on Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan, and also Australian Story interview with Luc Longley. Highly recommended even if you aren’t a basketball fan. I’m now catching up on the third season of Formula 1: Drive to Survive, also on Netflix. 

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
Sleeping in. I find that I spend my weekends very productively when the days are not very long!

Help... I've been meaning to get Netflix for at least the last 5 years.. I'm at the mercy of free to air.

A lovely walk at the end of each day by the beach or foreshore in St Kilda.

What are you listening to right now?
Right now, I’m listening to Moses Sumney’s Græ. It was a huge part of lockdown for me last year when it was released and I guess now I’m falling into familiar habits! Also been listening to a lot of James Blake and Hiatus Kaiyote’s new album Mood Valiant.

What’s your current go-to recipe?
Love a good quick fried rice.

What are you watching right now?
Trailer Park Boys. Lockdown wouldn’t be lockdown without Bubbles and the Sunnyvale Trailer Park.

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown? 
Oh god… last year I did a lot of running which was insanely good for me but this time around I’ve really been slacking off. But I went for a run today and felt  great so I’m going to try and get the routine back!

What are you listening to right now?
I'm on a real rollercoaster... Madison Cunningham (an incredible American singer/songwriter/guitarist), Elton John, a lot of old Hollywood soundtracks, Kylie Minogue's disco album, music my friends are putting out (we have so many amazing local artists!), and my newest obsession, Eurovision winners Måneskin. Some Bartok in there today as well. Reading that back gives me whiplash but the good kind?

What’s your current go-to recipe?
I've got my breakfast/brunch down to a fine art. Sourdough toast with butter, vegemite, avocado, turmeric and ginger infused sauerkraut topped with a fried egg with shichimi togarashi and lemon. And black tea.

What are you watching right now?
I just finished Hacks and the White Lotus – both so good. I've been re-watching my favourite old Hollywood movies, bad British crime drama and 90s/2000s rom-coms as well.

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
I've been doing yoga and dancing, and trying to get better at running. I find it hard to practice repertoire without a goal so I've been singing and learning chords for songs I love which is a really enjoyable new way to use my music brain. And cooking/eating. Eating is the best.

What are you listening to right now?
String quartets are my happy place. My playlist is currently filled with a whole bunch of Bartok, Britten, Schubert, Mendelssohn, and Dvorak quartets. All repertoire chosen by the ANAM groups for Chamber Comp and it’s all fabulous!

What’s your current go-to recipe?
Forgive me, I’ve joined the sourdough craze. Turns out I’m pretty handy at a sourdough brownie and focaccia.

What are you watching right now?
Will you forgive me if I confess to being a huge Survivor fan?!

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
My spoodle Arthur makes every lockdown activity a whole lot better. We are currently nailing PAWGUST (our daily walks for the Guide Dogs) and he has been particularly helpful when I’m repotting my plants. He insists it is his job to discard of the empty pots…by tearing them in to a thousand pieces (INSERT EYE ROLL).

Crumpets with peanut butter and honey.

Just finished all of The Durrells.  Desperate for another series I can binge.  Recently finished Docs on SBS and have started The Machinery on SBS also.

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
Suggestions welcome… some retail therapy, lots of solitaire on the computer, and I’ve read 33 genre books on my Kindle.

A mix of things! When I’m walking, I’m listening to Jim Kwik’s Limitless (audiobook version); when working/studying, a Focus playlist on Spotify; and when working out the Happy Hits playlist – to put a pep in my step!

A very tasty GF ANZAC bikkie – they disappear way too quickly.

Re-watching Grey’s Anatomy for the 3rd time…

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
Studying full time is keeping me busy and we’re moving soon so redesigning for the new space is really exciting!

What are you listening to right now?
It’s a bit of an eclectic mix: Bo Burnham’s latest special, Inside. Taylor Swift. 90s Europop. And, of course, Stravinsky’s The Firebird Suite (1919 Version) by the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Leonard Bernstein – that always brings a tear to my eye.

What’s your current go-to recipe?
I really enjoy trying out new recipes, both in the sweet and savoury departments. My favourite recipes are from Natalie Paull (from Beatrix Bakes, the best cake shop), Hetty McKinnon, Meera Sodha and Ottolenghi.

What are you watching right now?
Currently binging Miracle Workers and re-watching the classics, Shrek and Shrek 2.

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
I’m repotting and showing some love to my indoor plants, along with trying to read through the massive pile of books I’ve acquired over the last year. Current reads are Growing Up Disabled in Australia edited by Carly Findlay and Salt Fat Acid Heat by Samin Nosrat.

I've been listening to a diverse range of film music from The Greatest Showman to Korngold's Robinhood soundtrack.

Strawberry pancakes topped with maple syrup and vanilla ice cream.

I started watching Avatar: The Last Airbender and I can honestly say that it is one of the most bingeworthy animated shows out there. As a bonus, the soundtrack is also very pleasant.

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
Watching dog videos on YouTube... specifically cute puppies and agility competitions as I have a border collie at home myself!

PBS! Currently, my favourite programs (it changes) are all about Soul and World music – brings a lot of joy to the house!

I don't really want to admit this but Gilmore Girls is all I can handle right now!

Extensive research into finding an ethically made and sustainable yoga mat that won't break the bank! Hopefully my answer next week will be yoga?

Recently, I've been listening to music by Frederic Rzewski and Egberto Gismonti, and Sergei Prokofiev's Scythian Suite.

A classic stir-fry with fried onion, garlic, tofu, veggies, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and MSG-laden chilli oil.

Taskmaster, a British light comedy panel show.

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
I've been munching through my to-read list, working on strengthening exercises and keeping in touch with friends.

What are you listening to right now?
I recently discovered a Danish progressive metal band called Vola, and they have a synth player! So I’ve been listening to their newest album Witness a lot lately.

What’s your current go-to recipe?
I love cooking so it’s really hard for me to pick just one recipe, my chicken laksa recipe has been a favourite of my partner’s so it’s been a staple lately!

What are you watching right now?
I just finished watching a glass blowing competition called Blown Away on Netflix – the artistry and talent those people have is ridiculous!

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
I’ve been doing a few things; I’ve started sewing masks to send back to my family in QLD, cooking a lot, and spending time on the phone with my friends and family.

Music includes anything from VOCES8 to Simon and Garfunkel to Shostakovich to good old GoldFM, or an audiobook (often anything read by Jeremy Irons as his voice is soothing). 

What’s your current go-to recipe?
Some kind of curry – Indian, Thai, Malaysian… it doesn’t matter. I just love a good curry!

What are you watching right now?
Modern Love because I’m a romantic, and the Olympics recently were good because I could cheer and shout (and cry during the anthems).

What’s your favourite activity to keep you busy in lockdown?
Buying fresh produce at the market, picking a recipe, cooking it, and eating it. And repeat. And hopefully sometimes sharing the meal with my Bubble-Buddy.
