ANAM Artists - KIAZMA Piano Duo (Melbourne)

Described as ‘positively ecstatic’ and ‘profoundly moving, subtle and exuberant’, the KIAZMA Piano Duo brings together the talents and infectious musical connection of Aura Go and Tomoe Kawabata. This second ANAM Artists tour will welcome home Go from Helsinki, where she has enjoyed an active and multifaceted performing career over the past six years, reuniting her with old friend and colleague Kawabata, a sought-after soloist in Europe and Japan and a leading figure in the performance of Japanese piano music. Presented in partnership with the Melbourne Recital Centre, this spectacular one-off program showcases Rachmaninoff’s glorious final work, the Symphonic Dances Op. 45 for two pianos.
