Masterclass: Igor Naidin (Borodin Quartet - viola)

The Borodin Quartet is an extraordinary living tradition. The group recently celebrated its 70th anniversary, and while individual players have changed in that time, each one has embraced its storied performance history, and each one has been carefully integrated to preserve the famous sound of this remarkable institution. ANAM and Musica Viva Australia are pleased to welcome the Borodin Quartet's violist, Igor Naidin, to lead this masterclass and pass on his musical knowledge to ANAM musicians.

This is a unique opportunity for audiences to discover what it takes to be part of one of the greatest string quartets in the world and to see the next generation of ensemble stars.
