The profound and passionate depths of the violin
"My recital is a journey through a dynamic range of emotions and passionate themes contrasting within all three pieces. The Ysaye Violin Sonata explores soloistic techniques pushing boundaries of the instrument and each movement are incredible contrasts to one another. Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto has been an imaginative journey, inspiring me to constantly explore and develop new ideas.
I have been thoroughly enjoying practising all three pieces and bringing them to my lessons, leaving each session feeling inspired with new ideas. I'm excited to share this music as I've been deeply immersed in the technical challenges and emotional nuances of this program. Throughout my preparation journey, I have loved hearing all different types of interpretations and want to create my own unique version to the mix."
