ANAM at NGV

NGV 9:24

Each year, musicians from the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) are given the opportunity to curate performances at NGV Australia responding to NGV exhibitions and collections. The only professional performance training institute of its kind, ANAM is dedicated to training exceptional young classical musicians from across Australia and New Zealand.

In September NGV and ANAM unite to present classical music performances inspired by Grace Crowley and Ralph Balson.

Jasmine Milton and Sophia Jones will present Prokofiev’s Sonata for Two Violins in juxtaposition to the works of Crowley and Balson, highlighting the hidden threads connecting these three artists across significant geographical and cultural divides.
