Natalie is a Psychologist who works with individuals and groups to maximise wellbeing, performance and mental health. With a background in Sport Psychology, Natalie has a particular interest in personal effectiveness for performers - whether they are performing artists, athletes or those in the corporate sector. She is passionate about helping people achieve their potential and build resilience, whilst at the same time maintaining mental health and wellbeing.
Natalie’s approach focuses on developing skills to better manage stress and performance anxiety, refine focus and concentration, create better work-life balance, enhance motivation, deal with perfectionism and build resilience.

In addition to being the consultant Psychologist at ANAM, Natalie also consults with The Australian Ballet School, and works as a Performance Psychologist at Maribyrnong Sports Academy. Natalie has worked with the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, as well as a range of sporting organisations including the AFL Players Association, Eastern Institute of Volleyball, Volleyball Australia, MLC Gymnastics and PLC Aquatic Sports.
Natalie has been working in private practice since 2014, working individually with a wide variety of clients including musicians, singers, dancers, actors, athletes and non-performers.
At previous stages in her life, Natalie has also been an amateur theatre performer, national level swimmer, and competitive Latin dancer.
