In December 2019, Phoebe graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance from The Juilliard School, where she studied with Itzhak Perlman and Catherine Cho, and supported by the Dorothy DeLay Violin Scholarship. In 2020, Phoebe began training with Dr Robin Wilson at the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM), and is currently an Emerging Artist with the Australian Chamber Orchestra, mentored by Aiko Goto.

Phoebe has performed as a soloist and chamber musician in concerts and festivals throughout the United States, England, France, Norway, Germany, Israel and Australia. Highlights have included attending the Perlman Music Program Summer Music School and Chamber Music Workshop (2013-17), Aspen Music Festival and School (2018), the Valdres Sommersymfoni (2019), and the Fontainebleau School for Music and Fine Arts (2019).

Throughout her time at The Juilliard School, Phoebe had the privilege to work with wonderful conductors including Alan Gilbert, Jeffrey Milarsky, Pablo Heras-Casado and Michael Tilson Thomas. She has performed in masterclasses throughout Europe and the United States, including for the Chamber Music Society of the Lincoln Center, New York Philharmonic co-concertmaster Sheryl Staples, and in Germany for Mandelring Quartett. She has received chamber music coaching from Emmanuel Ax, Donald Weilerstein, as well as members from the Juilliard String Quartet.

In her spare time, Phoebe has worked and volunteered for non-profit organisations including Concerts in Motion (NYC) and the Australian Children's Music Foundation. She is also a passionate violin teacher and chamber music coach.
